SPFX Supply repairs any and all Look Solutions fog machines. We are an official distributor of Look Solutions and we only use Look Solutions replacement parts. We stand behind our work and all repair work is warrantied by SPFX Supply.
Diagnostic fee: $75 flat. That covers a full bench inspection and a written quote with a timeline, before anyone opens the machine further.
Repair labour: $45 per hour once you approve the quote.
Typical turnaround: 5 to 7 business days from the day the machine arrives at our bench.
We keep Look Solutions parts on the shelf in Toronto, so common repairs do not wait on an order from Germany.
Drop off at 333 Bering Ave, Unit 100, Toronto, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you are outside the GTA, contact us and we will arrange shipping.
