The HEM is the core heating element of the Viper NT — it is where fog fluid is vaporized into dense, production-quality fog. This is the most critical component in the machine and the most expensive replacement part.

The HEM is a consumable component that degrades over time with regular use. When it fails, the machine may still power on and the pump may still run, but fog output will be severely reduced or absent entirely.

Signs you need a new HEM:

• No fog output despite the pump running and the unit reporting ready temperature
